How We Use It

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and provide the consultation you requested. Analytics data, collected only with your consent, helps us understand which marketing channels are effective. We do not sell your personal information.

Who We Share It With

Form submissions are delivered by email to the CloudX team via Cloudflare's email service and stored in our CRM on monday.com, including how you reached the site (UTM and landing page) if you accepted cookies. If you consent to analytics, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Clay process technical identifiers on their own platforms under their respective privacy policies. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties.

How Long We Keep It

We retain your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, and for a reasonable follow-up period afterward. You can request deletion at any time.

YouTube API Services

CloudX uses YouTube API Services in an internal publishing tool to upload and manage videos on our own YouTube channel (CloudX Solutions). The tool accesses only our own channel, through a Google account we control. It does not access, collect, store or share any data about visitors to this site or about other YouTube users. Videos embedded on this site load from youtube-nocookie.com only after you click Play. By watching our videos you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google processes data under the Google Privacy Policy. The access authorization for our channel is stored encrypted on a company computer, can be revoked at any time through the Google security settings, and is deleted from our systems within 7 days of revocation.
